Location: the motel was conveniently located near the event center, which was perfect for attending the concert I was in town for. It was also within walking distance to local shops, supermarkets, and takeaway places, making it easy to grab a quick meal. Friendly Staff: the front counter staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They made check-in a breeze and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations. Clean and Comfortable: the room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was super comfortable.
Missing Light Bulbs: Unfortunately, my room was missing a few light bulbs, which made the lighting a bit dim. It would have been nice to have all the lights working properly.

Direct connection to centre place. One could dine at restaurants such as the roaming giant 5 minutes away. Everything met expectation.

The staff here is really friendly and the location is perfect for a one-night stay, being just a short walk from Skycity Hamilton. We had a great time and really liked our stay.

The room was reasonably priced and the location was convenient for the event we were attending nearby. the staff were helpful and friendly.
The motel was outdated and lacked proper maintenance. The room was not very clean, and we experienced heating issues during our stay.

The motel is conveniently located across the road from the Claudelands Event centre, making it the perfect choice for anyone attending a conference or event there. it is close to the showgrounds and malls, providing easy access to shopping and entertainment. the rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable beds and friendly front counter staff. Guests also appreciate the availability of off-street parking and the proximity of local shops, supermarkets, and takeaway places.
One downside is the lack of assistance from the staff when the reviewer had to find accommodation elsewhere for the second night.

This hotel is in a perfect location for anyone attending a conference or event at the nearby Claudelands Event Centre. It's right across the road, so you won't have to worry about transportation or getting lost. Plus, it's conveniently close to everything you might need, like shops, restaurants, and even the showgrounds if you're heading to another event.
All in all, this hotel was perfect for my stay.
